About the Puli

The breed profile describes the Puli as an agile herder with a profuse coat that naturally forms cords. Owners can use that breed-level context for one brief voluntary coat, skin and paw observation that respects the individual's coat form and handling history; the individual dog's comfort, learning history and recovery decide the plan.

Breed traits are general patterns, not promises. Individual health, temperament, age, home and life experience still matter more than the label.
